- Oni is organized into 14 Chapters (15 if you count the training course), also referred to as "levels" or "missions".

- CHAPTER 00 . COMBAT TRAINING
- The game starts right as Konoko completes the TCTF Training Program Beta 6 and starts on her first field mission.
- CHAPTER 01 . TRIAL RUN
- Konoko infiltrates a Syndicate warehouse and brilliantly seizes a truckload of contraband. She also finds the dead TCTF agent Chung, with an encrypted message linking the Syndicate to Musashi Manufacturing.
- CHAPTER 02 . ENGINES OF EVIL

- Konoko follows Mukade through the city's rooftops, feeling somehow connected to him on a deep and unpleasant level. Finally cornered, Mukade states that they are one and the same; that they should surrender to their violent nature, and revel in it. Enraged, but in denial of any similarity between them, Konoko kills Mukade and retrieves the disc.
